Training


Bike/Duathlon Training

  • Monday Night Duathlon - St. Andrew's West School - 6PM SHARP.
  • Monday, May 9 to the last Monday in September (Monday, September 26).
  • There are two routes: 1K Run + 10K Bike + 2K Run -or- 2K Run + 15K Bike + 4K Run.
  • Helmets are mandatory on the bike, but optional on the run.
  • This is a great workout, and a good social event too. All skill levels are welcome. You must be a member to participate.

Group Runs

  • Tuesday 5:15pm - Aquatic Centre
  • Wednesday 5:00m - Track Session - St. Lawrence Intermediate School Track
  • Thursday 5:15pm - Aquatic Centre
  • Saturday 9:00am - Aquatic Centre

Swim Training

  • Open Water Swimming - L'Heritage High School - 5PM Friday evenings
  • Last Friday in June (Friday June 24) to 2nd Friday In September (Friday, September 9)
  • There are 8 buoys set up multiple distance loops. Swim east (out) between shore and the buoys. Swim west (back) between the two sets of buoys closer to the outer set of buoys.


  • Swimming is still at your own risk, there are no life guards.

*Membership is required prior to any bike or open water swim related training.
